In order to maximize earning potential associates are invited to participate in our amazing broker backed RevShare program that can increase commissions earned to over 100%
Virginia 1st Realty Group LLC Offers every associate the opportunity to achieve the level of 100%(+) commission. Once the associate has reached just 15K in CD Company Dollar earned they will be automatically increased to the level of 100% going forward on their next closed transactions of the calendar year.
*some agents prefer to pay out the cap early and start at 100% even sooner, the choice is yours.

RevShare is an opportunity for sales associates to earn additional commission income by introducing outside sales associates to the brokerage. Each time the sponsored associate earns commission, *$500 is given to the sponsoring agent. The sponsored agent receives their full commission and the sponsoring agent keeps earning passive income *FOREVER
*Total RevShare Bonus earned will depend on the distribution of the sponsored agents commission, Some Limitations may apply,
**Qualifying sales must collect a minimum 2.5% GCI and a sale price of 300K. *Associates must close 1 buy or sell transaction per calendar year to remain qualified for RevShare.

Steps To Transfer Your License to Virginia 1st Realty Group LLC
  1. Log into DPOR online services here. Click "Online Services" If you are not able to login or have forgotten your password, it is fastest to call DPOR directly during business hours to have your password reset over the phone. (804) 367-8526
  1. After successfully logging in to your DPOR account, select your Salesperson license on the bottom right.
  1. Then, select the option 'Activate/Transfer Salesperson or Associate Broker License.'
  1. Double check the information and select 'Next'. Then answer the questions, it's hopefully 'no' for both.
  1. Next, click 'Add', Then select 'Firm' and then 'next'. Enter the Main Firm license number, 0226037288 Click 'Next' and the page will show Virginia 1st Realty Group LLC,
  1. Click 'Next', and then 'next' again.
  1. You will be asked if you will be affiliating with a branch, the answer is NO.
  1. Continue through the rest of the pages, answer the yes/no questions.
  1. You will be directed to a payment screen at the end.
  1. The transfer fee for DPOR is $60.
  1. Save the confirmation. Congratulations, you are done with the Salesperson License Transfer.
  1. DPOR will send your license transfer request to Virginia 1st Realty Group to be signed by the Principal Broker.
